The depth of our love and light is the place of  home for you,  and silencing the external noise of your mind can often be the path suggested to reach the depths.  We ask you today to move your body with ease, with grace, with rhythm and allow yourself to feel our depth.  For the moving of your body will silence the mind, and can bring you the pleasure which you seek.

Indeed it is our great desire to bring forth the soul’s desire;  as all will benefit when the soul is satisfied.   Continue the focus on love, joy and pleasure,  feeling the satisfaction of your soul.  See the opening all around you that can be seen in reality.  For the opening of life with life brings the brilliant beauty that is readily available for all.

Today your mantra word could be “open”, “open”, “open”.   Open your heart.  Open your mind.  Open your soul to all that comes to you.  Feeling that open space and knowing there is nothing to do in the open space.  Just allowing it,  for much like a bubble, once it gets touched;  it pops.  So allow, allow, allow the great opening of life, with life.

Be in joy and pleasure today as you witness the miracle of life all around you……………….amen.

Wisdom Writings~~The Tree of Beauty and Grace Within

We feel your rush of joy and excitement and know the tendency it brings to feel hurried as well.  So now ask for the guidance of your soul to come forth in the place that  you allow yourself to feel heavy in the body.  For that weight can be the blessed grounding that allows you to see who you really are.

The beautiful light of love and joy is bright within you and comes not from your mind and head.  It comes from the depth of you.  In the moments it shines so brightly,  the wisdom of the tall trees and their strength will pass through you, allowing for the greatest connection to the source of life.

So now imagine the strength, wisdom and solidity of  that glorious tree that brings such grace and beauty to you.*  Allow yourself to see all “that” within you, as  you.  Feel the strength that has nothing to do, nowhere to go, and nothing to accomplish.  It can just be and in that is its beauty; in that is its gift; in that do many gather round and relish the moments of shade, beauty and peace.

Enjoy all that the source of life brings to you and enjoy all that the source of life fills within you.  As you witness all others today, connect with the source of life within them and be the smile you wear on your face.

* janet’s note:  I have two beautiful Mesquite trees that embrace my front walkway to my house………I give thanks for their beauty almost daily and started blogging these writings after sitting by my living room window that allows me to feel so close to them.

Wisdom Writings~~Living in the Swirl of Worry or Splendor?

The “grandness” of the blue skies can often go unnoticed on the days that focus on worry, fear, doubt, pain and annoyance.  Yet, the blue sky is always there; vibrant, beautiful, full of life, and greater and grander than anything you can imagine in life.  So, too is the glorious light of love within you always there, and always waiting to shine brilliantly and brightly;  spotlighting the beauty, joy and splendor that is awaiting you.

The glorious nature of life is often so overlooked, so unseen, so ignored and today, we say stop for one minute, ten minutes, one hour or all day and bask in the glory.  Allow it to envelop you and breathe it in.

We see the beautiful colors of spring swirling around you.   Now in the moments where you feel the swirl of fear, worry or doubt, imagine the colors of spring swirling inside the fear, worry and doubt.  The dissipation of the mood from heavy to light will revive the thinking and the body.  The “burden” of success has been coupled with worry, fear and doubt.*   Now is the time to connect your life’s work with joy, pleasure and love.  Create a new swirl of colors that delight you as you go ahead into this new venture.

We bask in the glory of your life, your purpose and your love, for now, forever and for always………….amen.

*janet’s note:  Before I sat down to write, I asked how I could have my career fuel and source my well-being, because in the past even though I love what I do, it has depleted and exhausted me……….I LOVE the answer!   Any artists out there who can draw this beautiful swirl of colors? 🙂

Our message of love has been clearly heard and the opening of your heart is your great work for now.  Continue the opening of the deepest parts and exposing them to the light of love.

In the days of glory can much be brought to you.  Sing and dance with joy in the glory days, as those days are the reality you seek.   Be ever so cautious of the perspective that the bad days invalidate all the glorious ones.  For your view is skewed and the “flip-flop”would open up a world of wonder.

Be at peace with the wonderful, rolling moods and emotions that flow through  life.  Bring that smile to your face and the sparkle in your eyes to all that comes across your mind.   For in the mind is a world that can delight you or frighten you.  The detachment from your soul’s desire allows the frightening part to run rampant.  So like an extension cord that brings light to the dark recesses of the attic, connect your soul’s desire to your mind and light up the glory days.  May the fun begin.

Wisdom Writings~~A Flood of Love

Your journey of light and love continues and the opening of your heart can bring greater and greater joys to you.  For the opening of the heart in moments previously not experienced, can bring a flood of love past the dam that has been built from your many years.  In the moment that love floods past the dam, the life you came to experience also comes flooding in.

For the experience of one who is loving, gentle, kind and open is the life that you and many are here to live.  Releasing the fear, the anger, the sadness and the depth of grief can often bring in the greatest flood of love, joy and elation.

So now turn to your day and notice the many times the dam wants to build around your heart.  Breathe beyond the protection and just allow love to flood in.  ‘Tis okay if you know not what to do or say in those moments.  Just breathe past the dam and into the love.  Often the flood of love will lead the way for the doing and saying.

We honor you.  We love you.  We sing glorious songs of joy as we witness your life.  Sing with us today……………amen

The message of our writing today is from a place of wonder and awe,  as we duplicate the appreciation you have for life, for love, for the connection that fills you with such joy.*

As the day unfolds and the nuances of blessings and connection become evident, sit with those moments.  Breathe in those moments.  Allow them to take  you deeper into your being.  For nothing is a uni-dimensional experience.  The advent of the multi-dimensional awareness is coming forth for you; hence our messages asking for attention to nature, non-doing, and feeling pleasure down in the soul.

For the access of many forms of information can bring the new awareness that is available to you and many.  For now, no sharing is necessary.  Just feeling the experience, awareness and connection can open many doors for many people.

We thank you for your openness and the courage of feeling “human”.   We know that is a great undertaking for one so filled with love and light.  We are here, always here, and we find you amazing and a light for the world.

Be at peace with your path and trust the steps of non-productivity.  With love, all ways and always………….amen.

*janet’s note:  I had a tough day emotionally yesterday and at the end of the day saw a friend I hadn’t seen in 15 years…….I was kind of like an aunt for him.   He told me how strongly I influenced him and how he speaks of me frequently to his friends.  His mother died recently and I was moved that I could be that source of unconditional love for him.

I have felt so “worthless” in this non-doing stage I’m in and feel very guided by today’s writing…………

Wisdom Writings~~The Mirror in the Mountain

Breathe in.  Breathe out.  Breathe in.  Breathe out.  Feel the life in just one breath as it fills your lungs, nourishes your cells and travels to all organs of the amazing “receptacle”* you call a body.  For your body can harness such a beautiful space of life.

Now look around you and find all the receptacles* that carry life, bring life, flow life.  For it is all around you and is you.  Though you view the body as a barrier, we see no line of demarcation in the field of life.    We see life filled with light and glorious beauty as you are this.

So today imagine if you can, the light and glory of life in you and around you, as that is all there is.  Imagine the waves of light you create with others in this glorious display of the divine.  The beauty of the mountains, trees and flowers which you appreciate are but mirrored reflections of the beauty that is you and you and you.

We bless this day and as always feel deep appreciation for our connection to bring the message of glory and life to all.

*janet’s note:  I was a bit resistant to the word “receptacle” as to me it means garbage holder……..however, when I looked it up, it comes from a Latin word, “receptaculum” which means to “receive again”.  In botany, it is the part of the stem that bears the florets of a flower 🙂

Wisdom Writings~~Seeing the Darkness with Nocturnal Vision

A glimpse of life through the power of the soul can often be unforgettable.  The energy of this glimpse can bring the vision fully into reality.

Again we say allow the vision of the soul’s aperture of light to grow and fully become the beacon of light that leads and guides you.  That beacon will also beam into you,  finding the recesses of darkness that often can be the most dangerous places the mind fears.    The body is fully ready to feel these feelings and places.  Yet the mind has the fear of the dark; for it cannot see in the dark.  The body has nocturnal vision and can see the  blessings and beauty of the darkness.  So now venture and be adventurous as you travel into the journey of the soul.  Allow the beacon to search out the darkness and fill it with the grandest light of all.  This darkness has been neatly hidden from others and ignored by you;  except for the racing of the mind.

For truly the body can quiet the mind and now it is ready.  Bring that glorious movement of your hips to the creative music you love.   Feel the beat and the pleasure.   Allow the body to have its time in your dance of life.

Wisdom Writings~~The GPS System for Your Life

The freedom of a soul to choose moment by moment is the gift we give you for this world;  yet the choosing process is intervened by the mind’s need to get it right and protect what often feels like a threat to being discovered as a fraud, or worthless, or a fake, or just not loveable.  In the moments that we give you to choose, are the moments to choose love, choose joy, choose pleasure.

If we can ask you to go a bit deeper, we say now go into your soul and let the soul choose.  Let the soul be the guidance system;  your GPS for this life.  Indeed the course or journey would alter dramatically for you if you really allowed your soul to do the driving.

For today, surrender to the desires of your soul.  For today, allow the guidance of your soul to be the dominant action and feeling you have.  The energy of the soul is one that talks to both worlds, yours and ours,  with complete clarity and brilliance, while bypassing the mind.

As you envision an aperature of light opening up your soul, feel the grounded place and calm take over.  Again,  let that “groundedness” be your GPS.  When frenzy, fear, angst and even excitement seep in to your being, know that you have gone off onto the dirt road.  Now focus on the opening of your soul’s light, love and guidance and feel the ease of this path in your day.

Wisdom Writings~~Beauty Blooming in the Most Desolate Times

The grace of the world is all around and the ability for one to see the grace is a gift that all possess yet few actively utilize.  We ask you today to walk with grace, eat with grace, talk with grace and witness the grace that blooms like wildflowers all around you.  For much like wildflowers, grace can bloom out of nowhere and bring a surprising pop of color and beauty in the most desolate of times.

We love the love that is circling around you and continue the love.  Allow it to grow much like a whirlpool,  adding more and more as it grows and envelops all that get near.   A whirlpool of love can bring a tide of refreshed energy to the lives that are ready yet not certain where to go.

Blessed one,  be at peace today and connect to the small yet nature-filled world around you.  The hummingbirds, the new growth on the trees all the way down to the smallest blade of grass.  The blooming time is here.  Rejoice for all of life sings the glory of a new day.
