Could It Be That I Don’t Really Know What “Relax” Means?

As you surrender into an expanse that feels limitless, endless, boundless; relax into the unlimited and the expanse.  Relax into the expanse.  The practice of that relaxing allows a new pattern from the long time pattern of constriction that has been practiced for many, many years.  So now relax into the expansive feeling.   Relax into the content feeling.  Relax into the feeling of joy.  Relax into the feeling of fear.  For relaxation and allowing are in the same family and now embrace this new family.  You will enjoy their company and you will discover a new generosity, a new pattern of connecting, feeling, thinking and being.  Enjoy this.  Enjoy this.

And now we wish to create with you.  For the creation in the physical is another component of fun that came to be experienced.  The look and feel of a musician so tuned into his music is creativity at a relaxed and expansive level; so much so that many, many others are expanded in just the listening, just the witnessing.  Oh so many other’s creative endeavors can feel that way.  For Tom’s houses can be built with this creative, expansive, fun energy,  and witness the transformation of him and those that visit and live in his houses.  For living in a house vibration built with creativity and fun will benefit so many.

And indeed you are tapping into the value of expanding:  allowing goodness, greatness, abundance, beauty and magnanimous adventures to come through you.   Appreciating them so fully, evolves and forwards the expanse of these sequences on your planet.  We also hear the coming of a new day for you.  A day of splendor.  A day of joy.  A day of truly heart-warming evolution that then will solidify all that you have sought and yearned to fully live.   Now we say relax, relax, and expand into your relaxation.  Imagining this expanse with your vibration meditation is a good practice.

We love you.  We love being connected to you and we are ready for new levels of a connection.  So be open to new ideas, new openings, new feelings.  You are doing so well and we are so, so, so delighted with our play.

janet’s note:  I listen to a meditation that is purely vibrational tones.  At times, I can feel/see a huge expanse and often only allow myself to be there for a split second and then pull back.  Whenever, I get massage and they are holding my arm, leg, head, etc., often they say “relax”.  I’m thinking, “I am relaxed!  I’m laying down.”   When I hear the word “relax”,  I hear  “lazy” like in lazy-boy chair.   It actually means to become less rigid or firm.

The Tom mentioned above is my husband and his dream is to be a home builder.  This was some lovely guidance for him.

Revel in Remembering Who You Are

For truly the connection is real and the flow can come as you relax and allow the greatest flow of energy to come through you.  We will often send messages that are for you and in the decision to share them is your consideration.   For the value of higher guidance can always benefit all.

In the area of health is the two-sided issue of what is right to do and what feels good.  For if it is right to eat so healthy then do so;  yet if the energy feeling or motivation is from fear or avoidance of sickness then eat the fast food and be happy.   For indeed the vibration of happy and content can bring real relief and wellness to your body as the mood of angst, worry or perfection can bring tension, tightness and symptoms.  For indeed the mood of contentment can bring you great relief.  Allow that relief to seep over you and fill you.

We are pleased with your shift already and be eager for a greater life.  Be pleased, be certain, be confident, be the knowing one that you truly are.

So now the message of remembering can begin.  For we wish to talk to many of you of remembering who you are.   For the wave of remembering has begun.  This will thrill you and connect you with many who are certain that glimpses of remembering are within their reach.  For the remembering is engaged not to “return” to who you truly are but to more fully experience all that you can be in a physical setting.  For the deliciousness of the physical is a gift that many may wish to have and here you are.  So revel in your physical.  Open, open to your remembering.  Speak it, see it, listen for it.  We love to send you snippets of new messages, new vibrational sequences that will unlock the remembering journey,  and to remember will bring a confidence, an ease, a play, a certainty.  All the qualities you are now open to experiencing are yours.

Listen and Make the Call

We love giving you guidance and watching you act upon it with such swiftness.  Now we say that path is a great path to widen, explore and play with.  For the listening to the nudges, to the guidance, to the new thoughts is the first step for allowing.   New thinking can be a revelry all by itself, and now this next step is to hear the new thinking and then act.  Act on the inspiration.  Act on the intuition.  Make the call, take the bath, be patient, offer a suggestion, change your plans……whatever the guidance or impulse maybe.  Get curious about the outcome.  Get delighted about the outcome.  Get certain about the outcome.  It is not all bells and whistles as you know;  but that deep satisfaction and knowing that you are being guided, that we are with you, that all is well is a feeling to be nurtured and expanded.

Grow your desire.  Allow it.  Grow it.  Feel it and then expect it.  Just allow your desire to grow and say, “ I am eager for the pathway and solution for my desire to reveal itself to me.  I listen and follow.  I am certain all is well today”.  We offer you a dialogue.  Your dialogues can be fun, colorful and inventive.  Play with it today.  Enjoy it today and listen, listen, listen.

Mastering Frequencies of Delight

Appreciate the placement of all the tension in your body.  Appreciate the wellness.  Appreciate the tension with equal intensity, for both are of great value for you.   In this level of appreciation is the high state of allowing.  And when we say “state” we do mean frequency.  Your mastery at frequency will benefit you and many, as your life in this physical world moves on.

For frequency is a term of no judgment; just a number.  To see life from no judgement is a freedom, for then the blank wall of creation can begin.  We love that you wiped the slate clean*, and now look for all that brings you pleasure, delight, and fulfillment.  For we are with you always,  whispering in your ear, “turn this way”, “look that way”, “go in there”, “make that call”.  Following “that” journey will bring a double dip of delight.  For we get to be delighted in your delight,  and when we both experience delight, a wave, a state, a frequency fills the cosmos consciousness that in your terms of mechanics has yet to be measured.  So stay with us and allow immeasurable joy, immeasurable delight, immeasurable surprises of beauty and grandeur.

Your time is now, now, now, now, always now.  We adore our time together.  We adore our cooperative moments that bring a zest to the experience of life.

*janet’s note:  This morning, I took down all my vision boards, pictures, creations on one wall in my office, feeling called to start anew 🙂   I LOVE looking at the blank wall right now as I wonder what will surprise and delight me to be the “new creation” on my wall.

The Glory of a New Dawn for 2014

And in the days ahead the glory of a new dawn will begin to appear for many.  For this new dawn feels like wisdom, feels like clarity, feels like a washing away of old clothing that used to feel so comfortable and now just isn’t right for you.  Oh the pleasant surprise of seeing oneself newly.  We encourage the adventure of the new.  Drive a new path.  Eat a new sandwich.  Create a new tchotchke in your home.  Do the out-of-the-ordinary and see the shift in surroundings as a treat for your eyes, as a treat for your being.

For your being is readying itself for a new experience, for a new frame or order to your world.  The frame of joy will begin to encircle the experience of all of life.  For this orientation will bring goodness to the areas that once only suffragettes could affect.  The causes of social conflict could see the dawn of goodness.  Imagine that in your dreams.  Imagine that in your dance.  Image that and then smile as it feels so good to imagine goodness.

And in the subject of time, you can often feel pressed by it, run by it and even this will begin to ease and the uncanny sense of timing will become an article of delight in your life.  You will be fascinated by the idiosyncrasies that will perpetuate in your daily life.  Oh we are so filled with glee as we look upon all of you and we see your dance of glee; as the new frame of life is bright, cheery and full of all that brings the glory of the day.

Piloting a “Magnificent” Journey

And in the deepest places are the answers you seek.   Fear not that deep, dark place of unknown territory.  For it is not where you will lose yourself, but where you will discover the magnificence of you and the extraordinary gifts that are you.  This is only a journey for one. 

For no one accompanies you on this journey.  You take no pills, no remedies, no pillows, no snacks.  Just you.  Opening, opening, opening to that fullness, to that unknown terrain that you no longer need to fear.   Now is the time to yearn for it, to feel it, to know it, to allow it.  ‘Tis ok to spend time in solace.   ‘Tis ok  to spend time in nature.  ‘Tis ok to turn off the electronics and just allow, allow, allow. 

 No, it is not doing “nothing”.  It is truly taking a journey.   When one begins to focus to the expanse within, it is a unique, fabulous and exquisite journey of which only you can pilot.  We are eager to journey with you.  We are eager to discover your gifts with you.  We are eager to explore your magnificence with you.  We are eager to be expanded by you.  We are eager to allow all that is you to be expressed in time and space. 

Dear one, continue with the writing.  Continue with the knowing.  Continue with the expansion of all beliefs and dance, dance little sister, dance!

The Restoring of Delight after Pain and Imbalance

And now you are perceiving the difference in energies.  For the energy of outflow of action is a different energy than receiving and allowing.  Both have great value; yet an abundance of one over the other creates an imbalance in the physical body.  So today the message of balance becomes important.  For the message of balance brings an “ah ha” to your query of pain in the body.  An excessive outflow of energy in action, intention or just doing can create an imbalance that will create pain centers in your body.  Then the desire to relax, settle, withdraw is the energy that feels like it will bring balance.

We ask you to bring a finesse, a quality to your relaxation.  Feel receptive, restorative, and exquisite.  Have it feel valuable to your soul, to your body and watch how quickly the pain subsides.

We ask to consider balance in a way that becomes an internal balance versus an external balance.  By the time pain has manifested, the balance feels external and then the habitual pathway for you is to repair this externally as well.  We invite you to never look at energy imbalances externally and catch them at the vibrational level first and then with much less disruption in your life could balance be restored.   We do know that great value has been reaped with all the external manifestations of pain.

We assure you that the internal guidance structure is now set and ready for much less disruption and sway in your life.  We bring your attention to restoring great delight and knowing it is always available to you.  So today we say look for delight.  Anticipate delight and be listening for it at the end of all shares, at the end of all moments, at the end of all circumstances.  You could say:   “Oh yes, I will be delighted here.  Oh yes, I love to be delighted.  Oh yes, I am always delighted after such tumultuous moments.  I wonder how my delight will come now.  I love to be delighted.  I love, love, love to be delighted.  Thank you for such joyful and delightful, delight.”

Ahhhh, we love you and enjoy each and every moment of delight.

The Touchstone of a Tiki Torch??!!

There are many times you will hear our guidance, and then go write.  This maybe the best action; yet the transcribing in that moment may limit the full feel of the message.*  So there maybe times that we ask you to just sit a bit longer and just feel, feel, feel our presence.   Feel our energy and then perhaps do nothing with it.  Maybe write, maybe not.

The calibrating of your energy with ours is an important step in the desire that you came with to feel connected and guided.   Now in the myriad of aspects in your life, are you enjoying the fun of our day-to-day connection.  We delight in shopping** with you and we will truly delight in dancing with you as well.  We know the desired and delicious outcome that flies on the wings of our glorious presence that is with you.  Allowing in our energy is now the greatest gift you can receive or give, so play with it.  Allow it and feel the great shift that is happening within you and all around you.

We play and play and play with you all day long if that is your desire, and notice those that now want to play with you.  Play with them and then and then and then the great celebration of living is ignited in the souls of so many.  The culmination of this energy and celebration is similar to the grand finale of a fireworks display;  yet is so soft and gentle like the delicious float that you love.   So now relax into your day of play.  Relax into your day of guidance.  Relax into your day of being surprised and delighted.

We love you, appreciate you and sing your name from all around.  Listen for it and smile.

janet’s note:  Oh my, oh my!!!!  I wrote this on Tuesday, Dec. 17, but didn’t have the time to transcribe it* until today….three days later.   The message comes through so quickly that I never remember what I write.   So as soon as I finished writing this,  I headed out to go shopping**for some Christmas stuff, with no recollection of this message.  

As I was heading to Target, I saw a 99 cent store which I have NEVER gone in; yet my “gut” said to go there and maybe find something for my son’s stocking stuffers.  As  I walk through the store,  nothing catches my eye, but I am diverted from one aisle because it was crowded…….I must digress here to make the point of the story.  One day earlier, my son and I had been shopping for his Secret Santa gifts,  and he was looking for a “gag” gift of a Hawaiian Tiki Torch.   Since this is a summer seasonal item, they were nowhere to be found and he had to opt for something else…….ok now back to my shopping at the 99 cent store……oh yes, as I head down the tool and hardware aisle that I had been diverted from earlier……..there were over 50 Tiki Torches…….table top Tiki Torches……for 99 cents…no kidding!!!!    Yes, I did get one and my son was thrilled 🙂  This experience is now a touchstone for me in allowing myself to be surprised and delighted in life in ways that I would never imagine and trusting that surprise and delight is waiting for me at any moment 🙂 

Transcribing this writing two days after writing it, has been profound for me because as they say “hindsight” is 20/20 but with my Wisdom Writings maybe foresight is 20/20…….thank you for your light, for your joy, for your desire to read inspiration and goodness 🙂

Yum, Yum…..Yum, Yum

Remember the delight of candy when you were young?  Oh the thrill of eating it, seeing it, buying it, receiving it, and even seeing commercials for it.  It was super delicious and super special.  It is like that with life for you as an adult.  We do not mean that candy is your focus.  Au contraire, we mean that delight, joy, and delicious experiences are your passion.

For the delicious life is available now and we say “yum yum”.  Can you say “yum, yum”?  Can you look out now and see all the yummy stuff coming.  Oh yes, remember as a child or just sit with one, and they will go on and on about delicious stuff.  Just mention candy to them, the kind they like, what they will do with it, and watch them combine words, phrases, gestures on the absolute deliciousness of candy.

So today dear one, get delicious and yummy images of life in your mind and in your gestures.  Truly today you could say “yum yum, yum, yum” throughout the day.  As you see something you like, something that brings you joy, be it a sunny day, a new car or a dog wagging its tail, just say “yum, yum”.  Feel how playful it makes you.  Feel how delicious it makes life and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

janet’s note:  Oh my goodness, what a playful message came through today!  Must be the holiday energy really taking hold 🙂   The tone of this message is definitely upbeat, fun and silly…….maybe that is a hint to put my focus there and release anything significant I might have going on……saying “yum, yum” all day ought to release any significance I may have!!!  Love to all and have a “yummy” day 🙂

Removing the Velcro from Our Hearts

The clarity of a message can be confounding for you and we say ease back, just ease back in the searching and intention.  Yes, relaxation is still of great benefit to you and is a great focus for you,  and indeed is the sweet paradox* here.

For now the relaxation can come in spurts, in moments, in practices and over time the dot, dot, dots of this experience will turn into dashes and then longer times of pure relaxation, and then and then allowing life to ramp up with full steam while you are in a relaxed state, resisting nothing, feeling open, knowing your connection.  Oh my dear one that is the life you dream of, imagine and desire.   For in the experience of life as one with a fully open heart and no “velcro matches” then, then, then you experience a freedom, a value, a sense of great love for you, for them, and for all that is. No greater gift can you be or give.

For now just relax and yes it “ups the ante” to say that during the great season(Christmas) upon you;  yet we say relax, relax, relax and know that all is well.  Look for it, anticipate it, and know it.  Revel in it when you experience it.  Celebrate it and be joyful in your days.

We adore our time together.  We adore our connection.  We adore all that is and all that you are…….ALL that you are.**

 

janet’s note:  *  I find it quite paradoxical to “focus” on “relaxing”.  I did look up the origin of “relax” and it is loosen…….again and again and again 🙂   **  They emphasized “ALL”  that you are here to confirm the good, the bad, the ugly, the whatever we are exhibiting……they adore it all!  I send this out with an open heart so it reaches all that are desiring to hear this message today 🙂
